The Gecco Certified Specialist Programme has been established to connect organisations with independent professionals who have demonstrated a high level of knowledge and expertise in using the Gecco platform.
While the Gecco Support Team is available to assist with software support, troubleshooting and guidance on using the system, many organisations require additional hands-on assistance with administration, implementation, optimisation or project work that falls outside the scope of standard software support.
Gecco Certified Specialists provide these services independently, giving organisations access to experienced professionals who can help them maximise the value of their Gecco investment.
A Gecco Certified Specialist is an independent professional who has successfully completed Gecco's certification requirements, or has been recognised through Gecco's Recognition of Prior Learning process.
Certification demonstrates that a Specialist has:
- Demonstrated a high level of knowledge of the Gecco platform
- Met Gecco's certification standards
- Agreed to uphold the Gecco Certified Specialist Code of Conduct
- Signed the Gecco Certified Specialist Memorandum of Understanding
- Committed to maintaining their knowledge through ongoing professional development

- Forms and online application setup

- Data cleansing
- System configuration and optimisation
- Business process reviews

- Temporary administration support

Each Certified Specialist determines the services they offer, their fees and their availability.
