The Gecco Certified Specialist Programme recognises independent professionals who provide consulting, administration and implementation services to organisations using the Gecco platform.
Whether you operate a consultancy, provide secretariat services, manage membership organisations or support multiple Gecco clients, certification demonstrates your expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality professional services.

Applications are welcomed from professionals who:

The certification process includes:
- Submit an application.
- Application review.
- Complete the Gecco Specialist Training Programme (where required).
- Complete knowledge assessments.
- Complete a practical competency assessment.
- Sign the Code of Conduct and Memorandum of Understanding.
- Receive certification and be listed in the Gecco Certified Specialist Directory.
Applicants with significant Gecco experience may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning.
Where appropriate, Gecco may recognise previous employment, consulting experience or demonstrated expertise when assessing certification requirements.
To maintain certification, Specialists are expected to:
- Maintain professional standards
- Keep their Gecco knowledge current
- Participate in ongoing learning where required
- Continue to comply with programme requirements
The Gecco Certified Specialist Programme is a professional accreditation programme designed to recognise individuals who have demonstrated a high level of knowledge and expertise in using the Gecco platform.
A certification fee applies to applicants undertaking the programme. The fee covers application assessment, training (where required), knowledge assessments, certification, and inclusion in the Gecco Certified Specialist Directory upon successful completion.
Current programme fees are available on request or will be provided as part of the application process.
